Rates:
A standard shipping/handling rate of $7.99 is applied to all orders.
Reminders
We only ship within the United States and Canada.
Standard shipping is typically via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on cost/destination.
Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state to which the order will be shipped. Tax is applied to Colorado orders.
Shipping timeline:
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Expect longer delays for Canadian orders. Snowblind Products staff will notify customers of any shipping delays.
Returns and repairs:
Snowblind Products offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee and 1-year limited repair warranty on all products.
For a full refund:
1) Within 30 days of purchase, send an email to contact@snowblindproducts.com, explaining the reason for return.

For a product repair of any defect (including seam or buckle failures):
1) Within 1 year of purchase, send an email to contact@snowblindproducts.com, explaining the defect and requested repair.
2) AFTER receiving an email confirmation from Snowblind Products, ship the product to:

3) Upon product receipt, Snowblind Products will contact you further with approximate dates for repair and product re-shipment. If for any reason Snowblind Products cannot repair any product defect, we will ship you a new product or refund your purchase.
